These mini cheesecakes are simply stunning! They are easy to eat and are about the size of a cupcake. Cost is $45 a dozen. A wide variety of toppings can be added. Flavors are chocolate and vanilla.

Cheesecakes start at $75.00 and depending on the flavor/toppings may require more.
Each cheesecake serves 14-16. I recommend pre-cutting the cakes before I add the toppings to ensure a beautiful presentation when serving.
Flavors:
Triple Chocolate: The perfect cheesecake for the chocolate lover! Chocolate crust, two kinds of chocolate in the cake and topped with chocolate (optional). For an added price I can top it with chocolate dipped strawberries.
New Yorker: This cheesecake is rich and dense. It is my largest cheesecake. You can choose a graham or shortbread crust. If you want seasonal fruit add $20.00 to price.
